What to expect during Transport ​

With Gold Star Pet Transport, the Safety and welfare of your pet must be and is always first. Your pet will receive 24/7 total care while in our possession.

Your pet is transported in a sanitized USDA approved carrier and rides in cabin with us during the transport. No paws on the ground if your pet has not had all its shots. For longer than usual layovers pet playpens are used so your pet can exercise and play. Water will be provided at this time and if needed food will be provided.

Updates by texts and photos the entire trip beginning from pet pickup to confirm we have the correct pet, all the way to the day after delivery just to checkin on everyone. Pads will be changed as needed throughout the trip. If an emergency arises, we have 24/7 call a vet access with immediate response time. Rest assured, you will be notified immediately. Some pets do require extra breeze therefore, a small fan will be attached to the outside of the carrier.

Airlines do require all pets remain in the carrier, but there are times that we are able to allow your pet to Sit on our laps.
